REMEMBRANCE DAZE

It's that time of year where — unlike everyone else — I'm not only remembering the astonishing sacrifices and valor of the fallen soldiers who gave so much for our current indulgences and luxuries, but also those I've met and shared some magic with who have passed on the last year or more. Thanks is not enough. You all touch my life and made me more of a person.

And of course it is MEN'S HEALTH month so don't be caught confused by sudden sickness! -- please get yourself checked top-to-bottom at least once a year and make sure you're as peachy as you can be for whatever age you are. Your well-being matters to us all who know you!
